好评Sheets are not up to clean standards. Room is very tight. Although things look new, they are not functioning well, i.e. loud noise from air conditioning and light switches are malfunctioning.

好评图方便又住了一天，这次更差。晚上窗外有嗡嗡嗡的噪音。房间里没有衣架，没有沐浴露。房间里只有两瓶水。真是不能再简陋了！被子上有不知什么污渍，看起来像有人晚上画地图的，不得不换一头睡。晚上有人塞小卡片。不知道怎么吐槽了。

好评房间比较干净，床舒服。地理位置不错，出行方便。不足，卫生间卫生一般，有怪味，毛巾比较旧。声控灯夜里总是亮，影响睡眠。

好评朋友突然到访，着急订的房间，交通方便离地铁站很近，周边也好玩，离外滩、东方明珠、世纪公园等都很近，有时间带着逛逛，朋友自己出去也方便，周边吃饭的地方，玩的地方都很近，信步到达。酒店也蛮干净的，服务员很好。推荐~~

好评因为这两天酒店住房紧张，所以临时选定了这家，也是第一次入住，没想到成了出差上海以来最糟糕的一次住宿体验，房间马桶堵塞了两天！两天！两天！房间总有异味，只好开窗透气。酒店修不好，没房间换，也没有其他补偿。前台经理敷衍塞责地表示抱歉。 新品牌建立不容易，你们需要反省！

好评已经住很多次了，酒店住的还算满意，房间卫生简洁，周边环境也不错，北向的房间可以看到陆家嘴厨房三件套，楼下有多家餐饮及便利店，对面有星巴克，步行一个路口到八佰伴，沿潍坊路步行很多餐饮小吃，去展会出租车24元，最近的地铁需要两个路口到九号线商城路或者再远一点有2号线东昌路，适合出差旅游

好评Staff do not speak English at all. Not very helpful and sometimes I thought even not able to help. When we reached the room it was totally cold like on the street about +10. We tried to turn on the heating in the air conditioner but it did not work. When we called to reception and asked to fix it they sent someone who do not speak English to us and he did not understand what we need, reception said wait for 30 minutes and it will become warmer.. But it did not.. Than there was only cold water in the bathroom.. Reception said wait for 30 minutes and it will become warmer... Finally after ~4 hours of waiting we insisted to change our room. It was smaller, but at least with working air conditioner
